This Privacy Policy explains how Little Brain Boosters B.V. ("Dopalearn", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Dopalearn Creator Dashboard (the "Dashboard").
This policy applies to creators, admins, and other authorized users of the Dashboard. It does not cover the Dopalearn consumer app or other services that have separate privacy policies.
Information We Collect
- Account and profile information (email address, auth UID, username, channel name request, first and last name, country, role)
- Creator assets and content (logo files, video files, titles, tags, thumbnails, status metadata)
- Usage and device data (IP address, user agent, timestamps, logs, request rates, error logs)
- Analytics and ratings (subscriber counts, rating aggregates, and related status data mirrored from the Dopalearn platform)
- Support communications (messages you send to us)
How We Use Information
- Provide and secure the Dashboard
- Process uploads, transcoding, moderation, and publishing
- Generate creator feeds and preview feeds
- Support analytics and reporting for creators and admins
- Enforce limits, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations
- Respond to support requests and communicate about your account
How We Share Information
- Service providers that help us operate the Dashboard (for example, hosting, authentication, databases, storage, video processing, and CDN providers such as Firebase/Google and Bunny.net)
- Internal access by Dopalearn staff and admins for moderation, support, and operations
- Public distribution of approved creator feeds: once a channel is approved, a public feed may include your channel name, creator ID, optional logo, and video IDs; playback URLs are resolved in the Dopalearn app using signed requests
- Legal requirements, or to protect rights, safety, and security
Data Retention
- We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service
- If you delete your creator profile, we remove associated data and assets, subject to legal and backup retention requirements
Your Choices and Rights

- You can update your profile information in the Dashboard
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your data
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No system is 100% secure; use the Dashboard at your own risk.
International Transfers
We may store and process information in countries where we or our service providers operate, including the United States.
Children's Privacy
The Dashboard is intended for creators and admins, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in the Dashboard.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and, if changes are material, provide notice.
