Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Dashboard.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

2. Use of the Dashboard

You agree to use the Dashboard only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You will not:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or violates the rights of others.
• Circumvent security measures, access controls, or rate limits.
• Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Dashboard or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to access or scrape data without our written permission.

3. Creator Content

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content to the Dashboard, you grant Dopalearn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, distribute, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Dopalearn services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content.
• Your content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Moderation and Publishing

We may review, approve, reject, or remove content, creator profiles, channel names, or logos at our discretion. We may impose upload limits, quality standards, or other requirements to protect the platform and its users.

Public feeds are generated only after channel approval. We may suspend or revoke approval at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

The Dashboard relies on third-party services (for example, Firebase/Google and Bunny.net). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Dashboard and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by Dopalearn or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Dashboard except as permitted by law.

7. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Dopalearn the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Dashboard at any time and may request deletion of your creator profile. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the platform or comply with law. Upon termination, we may remove your content and disable access.

9. Disclaimers

The Dashboard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopalearn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Dashboard.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dopalearn and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Dashboard or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and, if changes are material, provide notice.
